I just want to share a few things about myself. First thing is family is the #1 most important thing to me. I am a proud Dad and husband. I live for them and they are my everything
Next is my passion. Not just for fitness but for life. Living a life wishing and hoping to be better is not a life I would want. I want to get the most out of life. If you really want something you have to do whatever it takes to get it!
If your mind and body are not right, you can never really be complete. What I’ve realized is when it comes to fitness, it really does change you physically and mentally. Your body becomes strong, your mind opens and you see more clear! Your stress subsides and you start to focus on what’s important: your life and the people in it.
You don’t have to be a radical gym freak to feel this way. You just have to progress! You wouldn’t believe what setting small, obtainable goals and achieving them can do for your mind and body.
Lastly, I want all these things for you! Like I said, when I want something, I will do whatever it takes to get it! I am here for you!
